Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the public Voxera Voice website and to the live call demonstration you can request from it.

They do not govern the operated service. Where Voxera Voice runs AI voice agents for a business, the scope of that service is set out in a separate written agreement with that client: the channels, hours and volumes covered, the reporting, the responsibilities on each side, and the commercial terms.

The demonstration is provided for evaluation purposes. By submitting your number you confirm it is your own number, or that you are authorised to receive calls on it, and you consent to Voxera Voice placing the call.

We may change the flow, wording, or availability of the demonstration at any time. Use of the demonstration does not create a customer relationship, a service guarantee, or a promise of availability.

The demonstration runs on a general script rather than a business-specific one. Nothing said during it is an offer, a quotation, or advice of any kind, and it should not be relied on as a description of what a live deployment would do for your business.

Do not submit a number you are not entitled to use, attempt to disrupt or overload the demonstration, or use the website to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

We may decline or stop a demonstration call at our discretion, including where a number is submitted repeatedly or appears to be used for testing at volume.

This website publishes no client data, client results or performance figures. Illustrative panels shown alongside the description of a system are formats, not records, and do not represent any client. Prices published on the pricing page describe our standard plans and are subject to the written agreement for a given deployment.

The website, its copy and its brand assets belong to Voxera Voice.
